Новая компания в белорусском городе Орша становится производственным и дистрибьюторским фоном для стран Евразийского экономического союза. Первоначальный объем производства составляет более 100 000 стальных цилиндров, предназначенных главным образом для распределения промышленных газов, а также для машиностроения, автомобильной промышленности, пожарных систем, пищевой промышленности и других областей. 

Cylinders Holding владеет контрольный пакет акций Cylinders Bel. Миноритарным акционером является БМЗ, крупный белорусский металлургический производитель, который позаботился о производственных мощностях и инфраструктуре. БМЗ также участвует в поставках цилиндров в holding Group Cylinders, неоспоримым преимуществом которого на рынке является его собственное надежное ноу-хау и очень продуктивные производственные процессы.

Vítkovice Cylinders company from Cylinders Holding group,which operates in the Czech Republic, Poland, Croatia, Germany, Great Britain,UAE, Russia and Belorussia, produced in these days a 15 million cylinder allready. This product is a 15 liter cylinder with white colour destinated for medical gases. The customer si a very important distributor of technical gases and this cylinder filled with oxygen heads to our customers in France. 

Czech Machinery Cluster(CMC) held a two-day conference on 16th and 17th September 2019 with the participation of Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Industry and Trade, doc.Ing. Karel Havlíček, Ph.D, MBA on «Innovation and Education». One of the conclusions of the conference was the agreement of the participants on the importance of mathematics and logical subjects for secondary school education. As Minister of Industry and Trade doc. Ing. Karel Havlíček, Ph.D, MBA, as well as the Governor of Moravian-Silesian Region, prof. Ing. Ivo Vondrak, CSc. showed a deep knowledge about the issue of education.

Companies suffer from a mismatch between the necessary innovation and the quality of education. “Thanks to the technological and research capacities of the Moravian-Silesian Region, it is an ideal time to build a highly ecological and prospective hydrogen industry. Moreover, we can build our region on the circular economy principle and consume regional waste as a source of hydrogen. But without skilled people who would think creatively about the future, it will not be possible, ”stated the CEO of Cylinders Holding and the President of Czech Machinery Cluster Jan Světlík.

One of the reasons whyCylinders Holding has long been a global leader is investment in research,education and innovation. Today, technical gas cylinder has been developed andtested for 500 bar pressure by the ASME. Overall, Cylinders Holding launchesalmost 50 new products every year.

Cylinders Holding is an integral part of one of the largest music festivals in the Central Europe, Colours of Ostrava. This year, for the first time, visitors could try out a new product, the “Cylinders Holding Relax Zone”, which brought people a rest during a busy music program.

Colours of Ostrava is an international, multi-genre music festival organised annually in Ostrava since 2002. In 2012, the festival was moved to the entrancing surroundings of Dolní Vítkovice – an area that used to belong to metallurgical works, mines and ironworks. The last, 17th year, offered over 450 programme items on 21 open and covered stages – concerts, discussions, theatre performances, films, workshops as well as art activities.

By far the most popular activity within the Relax Zone was Oxygen therapy. In addition, visitors had a wifi zone, a library, relaxing music, a play corner, a drawing zone or charging points for charging mobile phones.

Cylinders Holding group and a polish partner, whose share in accordance with arrangements will not be publicized, signed the memorandum of import of hydrogen to Czech Republic and a development of secondary refining technology for hydrogen powered cars. At the same time both partners agreed to cooperate with specialised university centres on both sides of the border. „Building of infrastructure for compression and transport of hydrogen to hydrogen filling stations is significant part of agreements too,“ general director of Cylinders Holding Jan Světlík pointed out.

Partnership aims at creation of comprehensive offer of services for supplying filling stations and promotion of hydrogen as an alternative fuel for transportation. At the same time, it will not concern just the forthcoming filler in Moravian-Silesian Region, filler which should be erected in Ostrava roughly within two years. Both groups plan to supply whole of Czech Republic, Poland and Slovakia.

Cylinders Holding has mastered technologies for transportation and storing of hydrogen. Group is suplier to four from five big technological global players – both in the field of energetics and mobility/storing. It has solved hydrogen storage for working pressures 350, 500 and 1000 bar and so called hydrogen transport, that is to say, transit in mobile storage tanks.

Group works on development of hydrogen technologies with Czech Hydrogen Technology Platform HYTEP of which it is a member. Regarding academia, group is a partner of ENET Centre at VSB – Technical University of Ostrava, which develops energy sources with use of waste economy, local renewable resources and Industry 4.0. Cylinders Holding work together with Moravian-Silesian Region on hydrogen mobility in region.
